EverGrow Manufacturer's 3-Year Warranty
EverGrow
will repair or replace your LED product for three years after the
purchase date. You must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt.
The warranty starts on the purchase date and not the date the light is
first used.
During the first year, Evergrow will pay all shipping costs associated with getting the light repaired in China.
During years 2-3 the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All warranty claims through EverGrow must be initiated through email. Sales05@evergrowlighting.com
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and defective components.
It does not cover damage caused by abuse, moisture damage or water.
Warranty is void if the light has been opened without prior approval from EverGrow.
Barrier Reef Aquariums Supplemental Warranty
During
all three years the fixture is covered by EverGrow, Barrier Reef is
willing to repair or replace your fixture, at no cost, through our
retail location in Renton, Washington USA. All warranty work must be
approved by EverGrow first. Barrier Reef will secure this approval. Repairs will always be explored before replacing is considered.
During
the first year, Barrier Reef will cover any shipping charges related to
this supplemental warranty offer, if you prefer to have us repair your
light. If you live within the immediate area, simply make an appointment
and we will have someone who can repair your light on site.
Since
we will be stocking a full complement of LED chips, fans, and power
supplies, we should be able to accommodate most repairs within 24 hours.
If we have to order a part it usually takes 5-7 business days to
acquire them.
This warranty does not cover
man-made issues or water damage and your warranty is void if you open
the fixture without prior approval from EverGrow or Barrier Reef
Aquariums.
Barrier Reef's supplemental warranty is completely limited to the repair and/or replacement of the purchased LED light.
