DescriptionDetails
The ReefKeeper Lite is a powerful and cost effective aquarium control system. Starting at $119.99, it’s completely flexible and allows you the ability to create a control system that’s as unique as your tank. Whether you’re looking for a variety of programmable outlets or need to monitor multiple parameters, the ReefKeeper Lite can be configured to your specifications.
The ReefKeeper Lite uses our new “EasyFlow” menu structure which makes for quick setup of the entire system. There’s no complicated or frustrating computer language to learn with the ReefKeeper. We walk you through the setup step by step making sure you don’t forget a critical setting. This helps ensure that the system operates as you expect it to. We’ve also added the new “ReadyFit” functions for programming channels. These functions are preconfigured with some of the more common settings and require little or no input from the user to function.
With the ability to monitor multiple pH probes you can run a reactor as well as monitor the pH of your main system.
Control dual stage heating and cooling with heaters, chillers and fans with different set points. Everything you need to hold your temperature rock solid.
Whether you’re dosing ozone or just want to keep an eye on ORP the ReefKeeper has you covered.
Use this probe to make sure your water changes are spot on. Consistent salt levels between mix water and system water is critical to the heath of your system.
When paired with one or more float switches you can set the system up to add RO water in as small or big amounts as needed. This level of control helps reduce fluctuations in salt levels as well as temperature and other important parameters.
With four unique programmable setting the ReefKeeper Elite’s wavemaker setting can setup opposing pump cycles to simulate turbulent flow in your tank.
The new ReefKeeper Lite is a big change to business as usual! It's small, expandable and perfect for nano tanks, beginners, and people looking for a mid level controller!

The ReefKeeper Lite or RKL as it's known here, has a 5 (mechanical) button interface and a larger 16 x 2 LCD display for easy readability. While some of the advanced modules and features of the RKE are not available for the RKL, it will have more than enough power to monitor and control single tank systems, as well as small to mid sized tanks alike!

The RKL is the only controller under $120 that offers four outlets and temperature control while still providing the customer an upgrade path as their system needs grow!

With up to four modules, the ReefKeeper Lite controller is perfect for streamlining your tank without breaking the bank!
Any system combination you purchase can be added to, up to the four module limit. The RKL can interface with ANY of the Digital Aquatics modules!
Expandable
The ReefKeeper Lite can interface with up to 4 modules in almost any configuration you'd like. That's over 15 million possible combinations!
5 Button Interface
The ReefKeeper Lite has a 5 button interface; a big improvement over traditional 3 button interfaces that are currently used for entry level controllers!
16 Dedicated Timers
You can set up to 16 unique timers with day of week capability as well other advanced features.
Audible and Visual Feedback
With a built in speaker the ReefKeeper Lite offers audible as well as visual feedback.
16 Dedicated Alarms
Get Alerted! Set alarms to alert you of almost any event in your system that you need to know about. With the optional NET module you can get email or TXT alerts to your cell phone.
Control Functions
Improved functions help you control all aspects of your tank quickly and easily.
Upgradeable Firmware
Updating the ReefKeeper Lite via USB when new software features are released is the easy way to make sure you always have the latest features and fixes. Better yet it's included at no extra cost!
Night Mode - Independently Programmable
Night mode can be configured so that moonlights and pumps can be adjusted in the evening times to simulate the natural environment.
Wavemaker Control
There are 2 wavemaker cycles in the ReefKeeper Lite, cycles A and B. When a channel is designated as a pump you can select a wavemaker cycle A or B. The two cycles alternate opposite each other to simulate wave motion. Under the wavemaker setup you can set how long you want each cycle time to be. During night mode the cycle can be turned off to give a calming affect.
Standby/Feed Mode
Just as in all Digital Aquatics controllers, the ReefKeeper Lite has a Standby mode that can be programmed from 1 to 59 minutes. When in Standby ReefKeeper Lite turns off the powerhead and skimmer pumps that are programmed to be off during that time. Standby/Feed mode helps reduce the bio load on the tank by maximizing the food eaten by fish and corral while minimizing waste. Standby mode is also useful when it is time to perform maintenance on your tank and you need all pumps to be temporarily turned off.
Head Unit Mounting Flexibility
The display unit has several mounting options to accommodate different configurations. It can be mounted flush to your hood/cabinet for a sleek look by cutting out a rectangle. It can also be mounted easily to any flat surface with or without the mounting tabs.
Splash Proof Face Plate
The front of the ReefKeeper Lite display has a custom faceplate so that wet fingers won't cause any problems.
Internal Battery
The internal battery will last for years keeping the time and settings of the ReefKeeper Lite. A power outage will not require the adjustments that traditional light timers need after the power is restored.
User Friendly
The menu system is an easy-to-use interface that allows you to setup the ReefKeeper Lite to meet your specific needs. The ReefKeeper Lite controller uses ReadyFit functions as well as the EasyFlow menu system.
