Yellow Finger Gorgonian

The Yellow Finger Gorgonian is found throughout the Caribbean. The polyps of this gorgonian are white and are usually only seen during the nighttime when the aquarium's lights are off or when it is actively feeding. As a non-photosynthetic gorgonian, it requires supplemental feedings 3-4 times per week.

Gorgonians and sea fans require medium to strong intermittent water movement to bring them food, carry away waste products and inhibit algae growing within their branches. You should actively brush algae off of them.

Provide a varied diet of live or frozen baby brine shrimp, Marine Snow, Phyto and other suitable micro foods.
