For our security, all shipments are sent signature required and we only ship to your PayPal Seller Protected Address. Our Livestock Guarantee is only valid if you sign for your shipment at the first attempted delivery.
Livestock is shipped using FedEx Priority Overnight service for arrival Tuesday - Friday. We do not ship for Saturday arrival unless prior arrangements are made. FedEx attempts delivery to most areas by 10:30AM, though we find they are not always on time. When ordering animals, please select the appropriate customized, flat-rate "Live Animal" overnight option. We do not ship livestock outside of the USA and there are restrictions on what we can ship to Hawaii. We do not charge for heat pack, boxes, or other packing materials. Please remember we are not liable for losses caused by carrier delay. FedEx makes no tangible guarantee and will not refund shipping or animal expenses. If you experience losses due to carrier delay please contact us as we may be able to help you recover something from FedEx. We examine each case of shipping delay individually and do what we can to help the customer.
* If you find you will need to pick up your order at the carrier's distribution center closest to your location, please call us to make the proper arrangements.
For all orders: We charge $10 for FedEx Ground shipping on orders under $200. Orders over $200 may select free dry goods shipping. Heavy or freight shipments do not qualify.
Most orders will ship within 48 hours. We are able to ship dry goods internationally; however these arrangements must be made via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information in an emailed shipment notification. We also offer an in-store pickup option.
