BRA Ziggy Stardust Montipora

We acquired this coral in a shipment in early 2007. It was fairly plain and after it sat in our system for a few months we decided to move it under the 400w Halides in our display to see what it would do. The polyps suddenly turned purple and the surface took on a yellow hue. It began encrusting at a fairly quick rate. It still looks great now under LED. We currently buy our frags from a local grower.
