Description:
Onyx Picassos are Percula that come from the Onyx and Picasso lines. They take characteristics from both the broodlines, from the onyx they show 50% or more black covering their body and the Picasso showing exaggerated horizontal stretching barring with unique patterns. These fish have three separate white bands.
Behavior:
Like all clownfish, Amphiprion percula is a sequential hermaphrodite. The largest individual present will exert dominance and become reproductively female. The next largest fish will become reproductively male. The female may not tolerate other smaller individuals.
