These Cardinals are peaceful, reef safe, durable, and suitable for smaller aquariums (20g+). These fish appreciate lots of hiding places within the rock work and need a varied diet of meaty foods like small pellets, flakes, mysis, and brine shrimp. Banggai Cardinals are known to spawn in captivity. The males carry the eggs in their mouths to protect them. You will receive a specimen that is around 1"-2". Max size is approximately 3".
